What is Pellon® ?
Pellon® is a non-woven fabric that is used as an interfacing to shape, stabilize, and support the fabrics we use for our liners. It stiffens the fabric that you select for your liner, and maintains the shape that we give it when we form it to perfectly fit your basket. Without Pellon®, fabrics are limp and do not maintain their shape. Pellon® ensures that our liners will retain their shape and fit your basket for years to come. The Pellon® is fused onto the back of our liner fabric, so you won't see it. Once the liner is installed into your basket -the Pellon® remains "invisible" for all intents and purposes. But the superior shape of the fabric as a result of the Pellon® interfacing will be obvious!
I want a liner for my favorite basket, but this basket is not made by Longaberger ® . Can you still make a liner for it?
We can make a liner for almost any basket. We will use the same fabrics and attention to detail as with all of our liners, so you can be certain that your liner will be of the highest quality. Call us at 1-614-476-1793 and we can discuss the details.
What if I want a liner made using my own fabric?
We will be happy to make it for you. (We suggest that you use fabric interfaced with Pellon® for the reasons stated above). To do so, you will need to complete our order form specifying that you want to supply the fabric. You can do this by selecting "Special Orders" from our Index page, and select the "Your Fabric..." item. Complete the order, and send it to us by any of the methods shown below.
I've completed my order form, now how do I send it to you?
You have three options - please choose the one that you are most comfortable with:
1. Send it electronically by clicking on the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of your order form (you might have to "scroll down" to see it if the order form is longer than your display). When you see the order confirmation page, you're done!
2. Instead of clicking on the "Submit Order" button as described above, complete the order form and use your browser PRINT facility to print your order on your printer. Then either FAX the printed page to us at 1-614-476-3701, --OR-- put it into an envelope, address it to us, and mail it. Address:
